...we are able of using Bonsai to simultaneously record xyt position (left panels' traces in blue), as well as neurophysiology data (multi-colored traces on the right, one per channel, recording line noise...)....

...and detect the presence of a moveable object (white spot in the black screen) in an arbitrary restricted location on the field (the pannel on the bottom of the computer screen) to drive a behavioral state-dependent optogenetic manipulation via LED switch (bottom right in the Arduino board).

We can also use RasPi and Arduino to activate sound a and light cues triggered by the animal´s position.
